CRL Air Flotation Kits improve your cutting table capabilities and relieve the strain of moving large or thick sheets of glass. Easy-to-install, these kits allow one man to float, move and turn glass on the table top. This kit includes the blower, 1 HP motor and manifold plus tubing to supply air pressure to the 12 check ball ports. The ports need to be installed evenly around the table top, and each port requires a 2-1/2" (64 mm) hole to be drilled in the wood. Mounting hardware, screws for attaching the ports, and full instructions are included. This kit requires a motor control switch to be supplied by the customer.


This blower option is best choice for standard 8' x 10' (2.4 x 3.1 m) tables and regular cutting in facilities wired for 230/460 volt power. Larger tables or the cutting of heavy plate glass may require the 3 HP, 230 volt, 16 chamber flotation kit (2402563). The 3 HP, 16 chamber kit is also usable with both 60 hertz and 50 hertz electrical supplies.
