The function of CRL Blue Synthetic Coolant Powder is to lubricate and cool the working points of contact while drilling. When used on production machinery, the coolant also provides faster operation, extends the life of diamond wheels, and inhibits rust build-up. This oil-based coolant is a best seller. Many customers have begun to use synthetic coolants to comply with local environmental regulations. The newest product in this assortment is synthetic powder. When mixed with water, this powder will yield up to 100 gallons of coolant per pound, and the synthetic powder is also inexpensive to ship. Dry Coolant Powder offers high lubricity, dissipates heat, and inhibits rust. It is also anti-foaming, anti-bacterial, and biodegradable. Small glass shops and new users will find the one pound bag ideal. Large fabricators will choose the 40 lb. pail. The synthetic powder is excellent for edging and beveling. 3 oz. (85 gm) per gallon is ideal for drilling.
