The quick order form allows you to enter the SKUs for up to 25 products that you want to purchase and add them all to your cart at once.

How to access Technical References & CAD Drawings?
Finding CRL's technical documents and CAD drawings is quick and easy. Access them all in our Technical Reference Library.

Find CAD drawings, specs, BIM objects, brochures, installation manuals, and more, all in one place. Search by keyword or browse by product category. Once you find the tech doc you need, you can save it to your account library or download it to your device.

How to access the Technical Reference Library:

1. On the home page click on the Resources tab to the right of the search bar and click Technical References
2. On product group pages click Technical References on the right‑hand side
3. On category pages click Technical References below the category description

How to create a project List?
Creating project lists will help you stay organized by saving specific products for each of your unique projects.

Whether you want to create a list related to your most current project, frequently bought items, or even a new item list, you can create multiple saved item lists. Access these lists anytime you login for easier ordering and better organization.

How to view recently purchased products and order history?
Yes, you can view all of your recently purchased items in your Account Dashboard. When logged into your account, simply click on "My Account" at the top of your screen. This will bring you to your Account Dashboard. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Purchased Products" to see items you've previously bought.

You can also click on ""Order History"" on the left-hand side of your screen to see your previous orders.

From either of these pages, you can re-add items to your cart that you'd like to purchase again.
How to view open orders?
Finding your open orders is easy on the CRL website. Once you have logged into your account, click on "My Account" at the top of your screen. This will bring you to your Account Dashboard. On this page, click on "Open Orders," which is on the left side of your screen. This will bring you to a list of your open orders. From here, you can view your order number, status, estimated delivery date, and more!
How to search for a specific order?
You can use the Search and Sort feature on the CRL website to find open or past orders. Once logged into your account, click on "My Account" at the top of your screen to go to your Account Dashboard. Then click on "Open Orders" on the left-hand side to search through your orders that have not yet been delivered or click on "Order History" to look through previous purchases. After clicking on either of these options, at the top of your screen, you can use the drop down options or keywords to filter through your orders by PO number, sales order number, or order status.

How to place a custom order?
You can request a quote online for the product, and you can email any drawings, specs ect to CRL@crlaurence.com or you can call in to speak to one of our brand specialist to better assist you with the custom product.


What is CRL's return policy?
We have a no-fault return policy which includes a no handling charges for returns of undamaged merchandise (stock items only) under 60 days. Please refer to our business policies under the resources tab for further detail.


What are the available payment options?
You can pay your orders by check or credit card, or request a credit line with our credit department.
How to make a payment online?
Paying invoice online is easy. Log in to your account with the username and password, click on My Account then click on Pay my Invoices. Select the invoices you would like to pay then click on Pay with E-Check.

What are my shipping options?
We ship most order if size and weight permit. any over weight or size restrictions we will have to ship via common carrier.
How long will it take to get my delivery?

When placing an order by phone the specialist can provide the estimated UPS shipping charges. On online orders you will have access to view the estimated UPS shipping charges.
Can I pick up my item at will call?
