Vertical posts for showers provide a clean, modern way to help stabilize glass panels in frameless shower enclosures when the glass does not extend all the way to the ceiling. They are an excellent alternative to traditional horizontal shower headers, giving installers and designers another option when a header may not be the best fit for the layout or overall look of the space.
Designed for use with monolithic tempered glass, CRL’s vertical shower posts are available in 33” two-point systems, with custom kits and finishes also available for more specialized shower designs. Stock systems are designed for behind-the-glass installation, while custom systems are available by submitting a drawing to our Frameless Shower Door technical department. The streamlined, vertical design of these posts works beautifully with shower panels that have decorative or patterned glass edges that a standard header would conceal. Available in popular finishes like brushed nickel, polished chrome, and oil-rubbed bronze, vertical posts deliver dependable support while maintaining the sleek, open appearance of a custom glass shower.
